Fair Play:All drivers are expected to race fairly and respect others on the track. Intentional ramming, blocking, or driving in reverse to sabotage opponents will result in penalties.
No Cheating:Using cheats, mods, or hacks to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught cheating will be banned.
Sportsmanship:Respectful behavior is required both in the game and in chat. Abusive language, offensive names, or harassment will not be tolerated.
Connection Requirements: drivers must maintain a stable internet connection to avoid disruption during races. Excessive lag or disconnects may result in disqualification.
Race Setup
Race Format: Each race will consist of a qualifying session followed by the main race.
Qualifying: A timed (usually 5 min) qualifying session determines the starting grid. The fastest driver starts on pole position, with times ranked in descending order. Cutting corners will disqualify your lap time.
Race Length: Races will be a shortened version of full-length Grand Prix races (Mini Prix), 10 minutes (typically 10-20 laps depending on the track).
Pit Stops: While not required, drivers can enter the pit lane for repairs, refueling, or tire changes. Exiting the pit lane should be done carefully to avoid collisions. Make sure to set your fuel before the races to make it to the finish without stopping. Or plan to stop!
In-Race Rules
Flag System: The server will use a virtual flag system to communicate race conditions:
Green Flag:Normal racing conditions.
Yellow Flag: Caution due to incident on track; reduce speed and avoid overtaking.
Blue Flag: A faster car is approaching; slower drivers must drive predictably to allow the faster car to pass. Remember: blue flag means you're not racing the person behind. Be kind and let them pass! Or get banned!
Red Flag: Race paused due to severe incident or connectivity issue; all drivers stop until instructed to resume.
Corner Cutting: Cutting corners to gain an advantage is prohibited. The server may automatically penalize violations. Excessive corner cutting will result in kicks and subsequent bans.
Track Limits: Drivers must keep at least one wheel within the track boundaries at all times. Repeated violations may result in time penalties.
Overtaking: Overtaking is allowed but must be done safely. Dangerous maneuvers, such as sudden swerving or brake-checking, will be penalized.
Re-entry After Off-track: If you go off the track, you must re-enter safely without interfering with other drivers.
Communication & Support
Voice Chat: Voice chat is optional but encouraged for coordination. Excessive background noise, shouting, or offensive language will result in a voice chat mute.
Incident Reporting: Drivers may report incidents post-race for review by race officials. Abuse of the reporting system may result in penalties. Reports can be submitted via Discord.
Appeals: Drivers can appeal penalties to race officials. Appeals must be respectful and based on specific incidents.
